FEED FAMILIES AT CHRISTMAS

It all started with two bicycles! At a meeting in late 2007 it was brought before the lodge that we donate two bicycles to two kids who did not have one. After much disucssion the program seemed to keep growing. Then next thing you know we are raising money and buying gifts and food for 15 families and working with the Nowata County DHS office. After the first year it was decided that we could help more families by just purchasing food. So, we started buying enough food for them for 60-90 days for a family of four. All of the monies raised and donated from the community are matched dollar for dollar fromt he Masonic Charity Foundation. The program keeps growing.
